Why billionaires and, for that matter, even millionaires such as Warren Buffet, Bill Gross, Al Franken, et al very rich clowns. who feel guilty about not paying enough income tax don’t just send the United States government more money than they are required to on their 1040 tax returns ???
And why do not give away more of their money . They aint help to many people around the world are they ??? Talk is cheap.
