" As The Banana Republic of America (formerly the USA) becomes more and more of a Third World hellhole, human rights violations will become increasingly common. Neocons (who aren’t really neo-conservatives, they’re neo-fascists) will rape the U.S. Constitution in every position imaginable. But here’s the irony: as the BRA becomes more of a police state, it won’t become any safer. It will become less safe. Benjamin Franklin famously said that those who are willing to give up liberty for security deserve neither, and Americans will get neither. Get ready to live in a very violent, crime-plagued Third World nightmare as well as a very repressive Third World nightmare.


There will be some major growth industries in The Banana Republic of America (formerly the USA) in the future. Among them: carjacker, kidnapper, drug trafficker, home invader, mugger and armed robber. Desperate people do desperate things, and there is going to be a whole lot of desperation in the BRA when things go from bad to worse and millions of formerly middle class Americans are fearful of going hungry, becoming homeless or doing without heat in the winter. Americans who are cold, hungry and just plain desperate will resort to violent crimes, and the rich won’t be able to leave the house without an armed bodyguard—unless, of course, they want to be kidnapped. The BRA already has high rates of violent crime compared to Western Europe; so imagine how much more dangerous the former USA will become when an already terrible economy becomes much worse. As Gerald Celente is fond of saying, “When people have lost everything and have nothing left to lose, they lose it.” And the fact that The White Shoe Boys and neo-feudalist robber barons are indifferent to the suffering of so many Americans will pour gasoline on the flames of unrest.
