OK GOP GET SOMETHING DONE !!!

This was a good step in the right direction, but Republicans need not celebrate. They need to begin fundamental changes. The people out here aren't playing games . Obama is worried about his agenda while the rest of America in fly over country worry about our nation getting on the right track. "Change". Most people, for whatever reason thought that when Obama spoke of "change" he spoke of changing Washington. As it was, a huge percentage of the people thought that Washington was dysfunctional. Failing to serve the needs of then people while growing ever more powerful and constraining. So Obama was elected on his "change" theme. Trouble came when people figured out that the "change" that he spoke of wasn't about Washington but he wanted us to change. Oops. He wanted us to love unprecidented big government. He wanted us to love his attacking every institution in the land from Wall Street to small business to "bitter clingers". He wanted us to accept back room deals and carve outs for a health care "fix" that was a blatant take over. He wanted us to love his dissing of our country in foreign lands. Well, it looks like the chance to change what really needs to be changed, Washington, is in the works. I can't wait until 2012 My fingers are crossed. Obama's radical "fundamental" change of America has been repudiated. Many Democrats won ONLY because they ran AGAINST Obamacare and the Stimulus. The democrat party had miscalculated the frustration of America and ignored the will of the people. It became a time to rid the swamp of the excesses and that is what America did yesterday.

Here is the another big problem. Carl Paladino , Sharon Angle, Christine O'Donnell, et al....are not extremists, but the left paints them that way and the rest of the country believes the argument. Most Americans are basically lazy when it comes to learning politics, seeing what's going on and then fall prey to the media and the politicians by believing a 30 second add, by determining to vote or not to vote based on someone saying something 20 years ago as a teenager. We need to work to get rid of Obamacare, the government should not be in business of providing or demanding the people to get health care, PERIOD. The government and special interests should not be spending money, time and energy to try to erode our 2nd Amendment rights...we are guaranteed gun ownership, PERIOD....Get over it is a GOD given right. The founding fathers wanted us to be able to fight against tyranny, and that includes our own government if that became necessary. The government is focused on Health Care, while the country is falling apart. AMERICA NEEDS JOBS , JOBS & EVEN MORE JOBS !!!

Why are our borders not secure ??? That is a real and imminent threat...but little gets done. Why can not they stop illegals by enforcing current laws already on the books ???  The government should be limited in power and scope and it simply is not...that is why we are on the wrong path. TIME FOR TERMS LIMITS ON BOTHE SENATORS AND MEMBERS OF CONGRESS.  Two terms for Senators & 6 terms for the house is more than enough. Enough of these career public servants !!!

The people voted for change in 2008, but Obama and the Dems lied....they lied about what that change meant. The people wanted change in Leadership, not change in the fundamental setup of the nation. That was / is the mistake the liberals made...so they got what they deserved....and in 2012, we will see it again next time unless things change.

Tea Partiers didn't like the direction under Bush with the expansion of government and ever increasing deficit spending, and they sure didn't like the foot on the accelerator the past four years. Now, hopefully, Washington will listen closer to the people and move in the correct direction that will get the economy going again, and it isn't going to happen with more intrusive government and regulation. The Tea Party candidates for smaller, less intrusive government were framed as extreme by the media, but the real extremists were the candidates and incumbents too far to the left. With all the available means of communication available like the web praise the LORD, the people are not dependent on far left commentary by Brian , Chuck , Katie , Diane etc ., etc... or the New York Times and Washington post for the national opinion. Americans get to see the process for themselves, and they don't like it. The Tea Party will keep throwing the establishment out until the new establishment listens to WE THE PEOPLE...

2008 was about rhetoric, 2010 is about reality, 2012 will be about rejection of Obama or the GOP establishment.

AND AS ALWAYS MORE TO COME ......
