The problems plaguing America go well beyond economics. In fact, even most of the economic problems we face are a direct or indirect result of a fundamental breakdown in our ability to discern right from wrong, to adhere to tried-and-true standards of morality, to follow the path set out for us by our founders, to recognize that we are "endowed by our Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness."

The smug arrogant conventional wisdom crowd of the DemocRAT Party establishment hacks are as clueless about the scope of the coming tsunami as the establishment Republican RHINOs elites were in the primaries . The Dems. campaign consultants are going to look very foolish. It is so sad, so head-shaking, that they don’t understand the degree to which America is begging, yearning, for decisive, strong, articulate, powerful, determined, dogged, principled, and rhetorically sound representation from Washington .


Average People are sick to death of the posing, the polling, the pandering, the weak-kneed and lily-livered Washing ton tax / spend politicians & power hungry bureaucrats . Most People I know have NEVER been so deathly serious, so animated, so upset by what the cranks and criminals in Washington and throughout the country are doing.

Folks that never voted will be at the only poll that counts !!!

My point is the roots of the tea party movement predate Obama. In essence, the tea party movement is the result of the failure of the Republican Party to shrink government when it had the chance in 1980, 1994, and 2000.

The truth is, the last Republican Administration that shrank government was Calvin Coolidge’s in 1920s ! What we have gotten instead is a series of utterly meaningless clichés such as “I will eliminate waste, fraud, and abuse.” “I will run government like a business.” “I will cut taxes but won’t tell you how I will pay for it.” I can tell you that GOP politicians will feed you these lines of nonsense as long as you let them get away with it—as long as we keep voting for them after they tell us nothing about what they will do if elected.

In short, The Tea Party was and is about the corruption of American Politics and the blatant and outrageous theft from all Americans that has resulted.  It is about personal responsibility and enforcement of the law against those who have robbed, financially destroyed and pillaged the nation.
